I think it's time I updated my blog - once again, well overdue!

Anyway, here are some piccies of some of the crafting I've been getting up to in the holidays - and as is my usual style, lots of pressies went out without my taking piccies - I blame the Christmas rush :p

We recently held a function - 150 bikers for lunch and drinks = an experience!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY LITTLE MAN

We celebrated in style with a pirate themed bash (yes I'm a little obsessed with pirates lately).

My little man has grown up so quickly. He is such an inquisitive, devious, loving (yes he still has lots of cuddles for his mummy) little soul. I just melt every time I look at him.

Here's a piccie of Capt. Lach celebrating his birthday;

and with his big sister - costumes by Mummy ;) (bar the denim)

- of course you know how these things go - they get all decked out in their costumes, scarves, eye patches, the works, then half the costume gets discarded immediately.

Hours after the event you realise you have no piccies of your kiddies dressed in their adorable (I thought so) outfits :( oh well.

The birthday party was so much fun thanks to all our adorable, lovely friends and family who gathered to help us celebrate.

No time to stock the store so I'll just be randomly getting stuff done .. when I do I'll be putting them up on facebook for sale ...

My first little project is to finallly get some items for my Ahoy! line done.

well we're on a little adventure ... Baby Bullfrogs is on hiatus while we find ourselves running a little country town pub ....

So far it's been an experience to say the least ... talk about sharp learning curve ... being thrown in with the sharks .. with not a boat in sight!

It's also been refreshing ... stimulating .... and satisfying all at the same time too ... a real confidence booster to think that we can do it (we hope!!)

I am still a little worried about the kiddies though, so we'll see how we go.

I have still mananged to get one little party dress out of the way - it's been a long time waiting - thanks for being so patient with me T, after all the little mishaps it finally on it's way to it's new home <3 Still not sure how I managed to finish it off in-between the insane craziness going on here, with only rudimentary equipment to get it done. (yes I tried to iron on a pub table!)

So here it is - I just wish I had time to make my little girl one too ;)

I've found myself with a bit of unexpected free time this week so I've been sewing up a little storm (6 nappies actually :P)

woo hoo!! We're heading out on holidays for 2 weeks and will be back early March sometime.

Wish us luck - going on a road trip 26 hour journey or so with two little kiddies don't know if it'll be fun or torture - probably a bit of both!

A surprise package from an adorable young lady (with an adorable little family)

Dani how did you know I was searching the house all day for chocolate - I had given up, only to find some gourmet ones in your package ! yumm!

- and these little singlets for my munchkins - you have chosen the perfect colours for each of them - I just had to show off these pics - I am in awe of your tie-dying skills !!

Baby Bullfrogs Update

There's just a few more overseas orders to get sorted then I can sit back and have a break - phew!!!

It's been well overdue. I really need to re-group, sit down and think hard about where bullfrogs are heading. Somewhere along the line of crazy busy custom land Baby Bullfrogs has lost it's core aesthetic so I'll be working on trying to get that back.

I hope to be up and running again late Jan, early Feb - just in time for our 1 year anniversary !!! yay!!!

In my recent down time I've finally had a chance to start overhauling my little man's nappy stash - he's really been overlooked and his little bot bot was wearing old bullfrog prototypes, he's so deserving of some new pretties - here's a little piccie of a set I've made him using Alexander Henry's 2d zoo fabric - devine - hopefully soon my daughter will get a little dress out of it too :)

I've got one more little Christmas stocking planned before my break - mainly cotton outers with matching dresses/tops.

A darling, lovely, generous woman has kindly donated some AMAZING christmas fabrics - awww such a lovely gesture :) with which I am simply itching to sew up for the upcoming stocking.

Seeing as the fabrics were donated, this little Chrissy stocking will be passing on the love by reducing the prices :))

There's no date set yet - hopefully looking at late next week - I will be posting on my blog and facebook when I have a date finalised.
